Peachtree Accounting Software Set up of a
company
Step 1: Open Peachtree Accounting Software, Following window
will appear. Select set up of a new company
After selecting it following window will appear :
Click next following window will appear:
Step 2 : Enter Company information such as company name, Address,
Telephone, Website, email etc. After entering the information click next.
Following window will appear :
Step 3: There are different options to select chart of
accounts, select one of them. Here we select build your own company. After that
click next. Following window will appear:
Step 4: There are two Accounting methods to choose from;
Accrual and Cash. Here we choose Accrual. Click next following window will appear
:
Step 5: There are two posting methods Real time and batch.
Here we select real time. Click next following window will appear :
Step 6: Select the Accounting period and click next following
window will appear :
Step 7: Select monthly accounting periods and write your
fiscal year, the month you will be entering data and payroll. After clicking
next following window will appear :
This show that u have enter require information for set up
of company.New Company is finish.
